Making this a perfect livable space for those wanting to cut their cost of living. By alot I might add.

A Bunk house or Bunk cabin would be a better term to use for these so called Livable sheds. Believe me, some are quite extravagant infact. You don't need to take my word for it. look for yourself. With the rise in electric and all heating options, and everything else, and with the economy the way it is. Alot of people are considering this as a way of offsetting the ever rising cost of inflation. SMART!!!

Livable Sheds can save Energy and Money

If you are saving energy then you are saving money. Livable sheds give you the best of both worlds. The normal house has over 20 lights or more and over 30 recepticles. A livable shed only has 4 lights and maybe 6 recepticles. Less lights and less recepticles means you save energy and money.
Average costs of a new home is generally over $100,000.00. Where a livable shed or bunk house cost way less than that. Even an extravagant bunk house would cost less than 10,000 to build. Just imagine the money you would save on property taxes alone. So, if you want to save energy and money, livable sheds are a great way to do it.
If you are even remotely interested in saving a ton of money, but think this isn't a good way to do it, you will probablly change your mind once you get a look at these livable sheds. And as mentioned before, the best part is, they are inexpensive to build. They have all the comforts of home, like electric, heat, plumbing and heck, you can even put a fireplace in to save even more money. The possabilities are endless.
As times get tougher and tougher to make ends meet, this way of living is a wonderful way of combating inflation and the rise in utility bills. I would be willing to bet that in the future, the government will offer tax credit to those who build and live in bunkhouses and livable sheds. I mean think about it, they give tax credits for everything else that saves energy in our homes. Like new windows or insalating the home.
Check out some of these awsome plans below before you leave. Unbelievable!
